“I’ve been going to Dr. Arndt since August due to chronic low back pain and a stiff neck. More than all of the hype you see in chiropractic videos online, Dr. Arndt gives actual relief without the danger of all of the dramatic cracking and popping sounds. As of mid-October I am no longer experiencing low back pain, and have improved mobility in my neck. I’m able to play pickleball and basketball comfortably and with improved balance. After a thorough intake, Xrays, and evaluation, he purposed a regimen to not only cure the elbow but also other areas that were out of alignment. I've been back monthly for adjustments. Recently I injured my shoulder in a weight lifting class and, after four weeks of no improvement, I went back for a round of treatment. By my fourth visit, no more pain...yay, back to painless golf.
